A MESSAGE FROM OUR CEO SCOTT BARBOUR

We continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation and have prepared our people and systems to ensure we can continue to function at the high standards that our customers and the industry expects. With health and safety as our top priority, we are focused on continuing to provide our services by making fact-based decisions about our activities and operations. We are following guidance from the World Health Organization (WHO), Centers for Disease Control (CDC), and local, state and national governments.

We want to provide an update on the state of our operations and our supply chain as well as the actions we are taking to ensure the safety of our associates and the communities in which we live and work.

• Where possible, we have transitioned to working from home. Our field sales and engineering teams, order management and engineering services support group are available and ready to remotely support you during this uncertain time.
• We have made the decision to suspend nonessential travel and events. We will continue to monitor and adjust this as needed, which may include postponing, rescheduling and cancelling.
• Our manufacturing facilities, distribution centers and delivery fleet remain open to serve your needs and those of our community, in accordance with directives from the appropriate authorities. If you have any questions regarding your projects, please do not hesitate to contact your ADS sales associate.
• ADS and Infiltrator are both working with suppliers and factories to keep lead times and product availability up to our normal standards. If closures become necessary, we will work to communicate with you to provide alternative solutions.
• With the health and safety of our employees being paramount, we are educating all our associates on COVID-19 symptoms and preventive measures and recommending anyone not feeling well to stay at home.

Agriculture and water management solutions are critical to the well-being of countries and society, making our work and the work of our customers essential to the economic recovery expected in the coming months.
