ADS Completes Acquisition of Orenco Systems

Old Saybrook, CT – Oct. 15, 2024 – Infiltrator Water Technologies, a leading manufacturer of products for the decentralized water and wastewater industries, is pleased to announce the completed acquisition of Orenco Systems. Orenco a leading manufacturer of advanced onsite septic wastewater treatment products serving residential and non-residential end markets.  

Infiltrator’s intention to acquire Orenco was announced in August. The acquisition has been finalized following customary closing conditions.
