Four Troubleshooting Tips for the Aquaworx Control Panel: The Intelligent Pump Control
Visual Inspection of the Panel Components, the type of battery, AAA battery may be corroded. Other components damaged, can affect level sensor, a type of sensor. A new circuit board may be necessary for the long term. Varistor protects against high voltages and panel components, acting as a short circuit (create blackened area if damaged). High Alarm, a solid red light and audible alarm mean it is in a high alarm status. Any issues can increase flow to the tank. Checking the Pump and Solid State Relays, pump can be manually operated using the MARC controller or Tapper handheld controllers. Can be manually run without controller. Level Sensor Issues, with three flashes and a series of beeps. If battery is good, check to see for other issues. Sensor wire cannot be spliced to add length, so purchase one with sufficient length. Sensors are sold in various lengths and are cost effective.
