Sustainability and Community Take Center Ice with ADS and the Columbus Blue Jackets

On April 17, 2025, Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. (ADS) proudly celebrated their partnership with the Columbus Blue Jackets during their annual Sustainability Night—an evening dedicated to environmental awareness, community impact, and shared purpose.

As the team’s official sustainability partner, ADS is committed to supporting the people and places that depend on responsible water management. This collaboration is built on more than just sponsorship—it’s a shared belief in protecting resources and giving back to the communities we serve.

Sustainability Night, held during the Blue Jackets’ final home game of the season, brought together ADS personnel and Blue Jackets fans to spotlight this ongoing commitment. Representing ADS, Mike Higgins and Tyler Steig took to the ice to present a $22,000 donation to the Columbus Blue Jackets Foundation. The gift was made possible through our Between the Pipes initiative—an effort that ties our mission to the action on the rink.

Through the Between the Pipes program, ADS donates based on the number of goals saved by Blue Jackets goaltenders throughout the season. It's a natural connection for us: just as our products protect communities from stormwater and flooding, goaltenders protect their teams by defending the net. Every save made during the season becomes a contribution toward something greater—funding programs that support youth wellness, environmental education, and access to clean water.
