Take drip irrigation efficiency to the next level with the innovative 17mm Dura Flo™ Check Valve Dripline (0.560 in. ID X 0.660 in. OD). The engineered check valve design allows for lower opening pressures to enable longer run lengths, which can reduce the amount of installation materials and labor. It also prevents low emitter drainage on shut down to minimize water loss. The dripline contains 0.6 GPH emitters spaced 12 in. apart; each emitter is designed with an anti-siphon feature to eliminate back-siphonage and prevent clogging. The pressure-compensating dripperline delivers a steady, uniform amount of water even if there are changes in pressure, elevation, or length of dripline used. Tubing is made of polyethylene, emitters are made of polyethylene and silicone, all treated with UV inhibitors.
Applications:
- Delivers the same amount of water along the entire line even if the pressure changes; line is kept charged and won't drain out at low points; self-cleaning emitters are spaced evenly apart
- Ideal for watering closely spaced plants, hedges, vegetable gardens, planter boxes, and new plantings of ground cover; its flexibility also works as a watering ring for large pots and containers, and makes loops around large trees
- As part of a complete drip irrigation system, the dripline delivers water along the entire line, and each of the pressure-compensating emitters distributes water steadily even if the pressure changes
