17 in. X 30 in. Rectangular Meter Box Drop-in Cover, Black Water Meter with Cast Iron Reader

Replace a damaged or missing valve box cover with the 17 in. X 30 in. rectangular meter box cover. This durable drop-in lid fits onto a 17 in. X 30 in. rectangular meter box and prevents debris from entering. The cover is designed for durability with structural reinforcing ribs. Cover has a cast iron reader door. Molded into the black cover are the markings "WATER METER" to identify components. Round hole on lid is used to secure the cover with 2-1/2 in. X 3/8 in. bolts (113BB) (sold separately). The meter box cover is made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) treated with UV inhibitors.
Applications:
- Replace a missing or damaged cover for the 17 in. X 30 in. meter box to protect irrigation system components housed inside and keep them out of sight
- Fits on top of the 17 in. X 30 in. meter box
- Use with the NDS 17 in. X 30 in. meter box to protect irrigation system components and keep them out of sight
