Protect underground water meter system components with the 13 in. X 24 in. rectangular meter box and cover. The black meter box is 15 in. high and engineered with structural support ribs for durability. The meter box cover has two holes to secure lid using the included bolts (113BB). The black drop-in cover deters tampering, and has a cast iron reader door. Molded into the cover are the markings "WATER METER" to identify components. The meter box is made of polypropylene (PP) and the lid is made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE), both treated with UV inhibitors. Bolts are made of stainless steel.
