10 in. X 15 in. Rectangular D1000 Meter Box

Provide a safe enclosure for multiple irrigation and sprinkler system components or a control zone kit with the 10 in. X 15 in. Rectangular Standard Series Valve Box. The large interior space reduces overcrowding, and allows for easier access to components for repairs and replacements. The box is tapered with a double wall at the top of the cover seat area, with 12 structural support ribs on the underside of the seat. Black box is 10 in. high with pipe holes in its walls, allowing piping to pass through so that the box does not sit directly on pipe. Box is made of polypropylene (PP) treated with UV inhibitors.
Applications:
- Use with cover (sold separately) to protect irrigation system components from the elements, foot traffic, lawncare equipment, and potential vandalism, and keep them out of sight
- Fit over irrigation system components
- Dig to allow for enough depth so when the lid (not included) is added, it is flush with the surface; connect valve(s) and piping; add gravel for drainage before placing the box and cover in place
