The oval shape offers an ideal balance when space and functionality are key factors. It provides more room than a round box for accessing valves or making repairs, while occupying less space in the landscape than a rectangular box. The tapered body features a reinforced double wall at the cover seat and 10 structural support ribs underneath for added strength. A bottom flange helps anchor the box securely, prevents sinking in soft soil, and reduces intrusion of dirt and debris. The drop-in cover is marked "CONTROL VALVE" for easy identification. Both the box and lid are constructed from high-density polyethylene (HDPE) treated with UV inhibitors.
