PVC Compression Ring, 1/2 in. Slip X 600 Series Adapter, 100-Pack

The PVC Compression Ring fits inside a 1/2 in. PVC slip fitting (sold separately) and can be solvent welded to create a leakproof compression adapter. Use to transition from 1/2 in. pipe to 600 Series supply tubing or dripline (0.610 in. to 0.640 in. OD). The green compression ring has an internal barb that compresses the tube to hold it in place. Compression ring is made of PVC and treated with UV inhibitors to prevent fading and cracking.
Applications:
- Compression ring can be solvent welded to 1/2 in. PVC slip fitting (not included) to create a leakproof compression adapter that makes the transition 1/2 in. pipe to 600 Series supply tubing or dripline (0.610 in. to 0.640 in. OD)
- Use for subsurface or on grade installation; can be buried or left out on the surface in any weather; works in a variety of areas, from small to large, flat or sloped
- As part of a complete drip irrigation system, the PVC Compression Ring is attached to a 1/2 in. PVC slip fitting to enable transition from 1/2 in. pipe to 600 Series tubing or dripline to transport water to the area to be irrigated

- Compression ring creates a watertight connection; internal barb that compresses the inserted tubing to hold it in place; unlike a barbed fitting, the tubing is not stretched out to connect to the fitting
- Designed to work with standard drip irrigation water pressures up to 50 PSI
- Compression rings are color-coded for easy identification: orange fits 0.250 in. OD tubing; green fits 0.610 to 0.640 in. OD tubing; black fits 0.680 to 0.704 OD tubing; blue fits 0.704 to 0.710 in. OD tubing; black II fits 0.830 in. OD tubing; gray fits 0.940 in. OD tubing
