Compression Coupling, 900 Series, 25-Pack
SKU: CC 900
Join two sections of supply tubing or dripline (0.940 in. OD) using the Compression Coupling 900 Series. This coupler forms a watertight connection between tubing sections. Tubing is inserted into the compression ring, where an internal barb compresses the tube and holds it in place. This compression fitting is made of ABS plastic treated with UV inhibitors to prevent fading and cracking. Use fittings to set up a new drip irrigation system, expand an existing system, or make repairs.
Applications:
- Connects two sections of supply tubing or dripline together
- Use for subsurface or on grade installation; works with tubing or dripline to transport water to trees shrubs, flower beds, groundcover, vegetable gardens, plants in pots, planter boxes, and hanging baskets
- As part of a complete drip irrigation system, the compression coupling connects two sections of tubing or dripline or connects tubing to other drip irrigation parts to transport water to the area to be irrigated
Features:
- Creates a watertight connection; has an internal barb that compresses the inserted tubing to hold it in place; unlike a barbed fitting, the tubing is not stretched out to connect to the fitting
- Designed to work with standard drip irrigation water pressures up to 50 PSI
- Works with NDS products and other products with compatible connection type
- Features color-coded ring for easy identification: green fits 0.610 to 0.640 in. OD tubing; black fits 0.680 to 0.704 OD tubing; blue fits 0.704 to 0.710 in. OD tubing; grey fits 0.940 in. OD tubing
