Convert a sprinkler system to a drip irrigation system with the Riser Extension Adapter. To install, remove the sprinkler spray head, attach the 1/2 in. FPT to the riser, and connect the 1/2 in. MPT to 1/2 in. FPT piping. Adapter also has a 1/4 in. swivel barb elbow outlet to connect to 1/4 in. distribution tubing (A220 or A250) or 1/4 in. DuraFlo™ JR dripline. Fitting is made of ABS plastic and treated with UV inhibitors to prevent fading and cracking.
Applications:
- Converts a sprinkler system to a drip irrigation system
- Attaches to an underground sprinkler riser
- As part of a complete drip irrigation system, the Riser Extension Adapter makes the transition from a sprinkler riser to 1/2 in. piping and 1/4 in. supply tubing or dripline to transport water to the area to be irrigated
