This PVC Socket Adapter makes the transition from 3/4 in. pipe to 1/2 in. 700 Series tubing or dripline (0.680 in. to 0.704 in. OD). Adapter can be solvent welded to PVC components for a watertight connection. This socket fitting is made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and treated with UV inhibitors to prevent fading and cracking.
Applications:
- Transitions 3/4 in. pipe to 1/2 in. 700 Series supply tubing or dripline; adapter can be solvent welded to PVC components for a watertight connection
- Use for subsurface or on grade installation; can be buried or left out on the surface in any weather; works in a variety of areas, from small to large, flat or sloped
- As part of a complete drip irrigation system, the PVC Socket Adapter makes the transition from 3/4 in. pipe to 1/2 in. 700 Series tubing or dripline to transport water to the area to be irrigated
