Extend the life of your sump pump with the PVC Sump Pump Swing Check Valve, 1-1/4 in. and 1-1/2 in. IPS which allows water to flow one-way through pipe into the sump pump. Water is conveyed one-way through the leak-resistant valve when the flap opens and prevents backflow in your irrigation system. Connects to 1-1/4 in. pipe and 1-1/2 in. pipe with Buna-N Gaskets as part of a complete irrigation or other pressurized system. Prevents costly property damage, pipe corrosion, and system issues. Durable check valve is made of PVC plastic. Buna-N Gasket is made of nitrile rubber. Flapper is made of EPDM. Use fittings and other valves to set up a new irrigation system, expand an existing system, or make repairs.
Applications:
- Directs water flow one-way through pipe when flap opens and allows water into sump pump. Prevents costly property and sump pump damage, pipe corrosion, and system issues.
- Use in basements, bottom floor level of homes, crawlspaces or anyplace where a sump pump is used; works with most PVC pipe to transport water and extend the life of the sump pump
- As part of a complete flow management system, the Sump Pump Check Valve includes a gasket to connect to 1-1/4 in. and 1-1/2 in. pipe and other system components to allow water to flow through while blocking debris
