The top diagram of the Booted or Compression (Cast-In) Resilient Structure Connection 12”-24” Dual Wall HP Storm with Fabricated MH Adapter shows the booted (cast-in) resilient structure connection (cast-a-seal), Dual wall HP storm and fabricated manhole adapter.

The bottom diagram shows the compression (cast-in) resilient structure connection (A-Lok), dual HP storm and fabricated manhole adapter.

The prefabricated manhole adapter with smooth exterior table lists the values for pipe size, ADS adapter gasket, press seal systems/cast-a-seal and A-Lok.

Notes state that performance dependent on installation. Ensure that manhole gasket is uniformly seated around structure adapter to prevent differential settlement between the pipe and manhole.
