The diagram shows the Booted (Cored or Cast Hole) Resilient Structure Connection (Kor-N-Seal or PSX System), adapter OD, Fabricated manhole cover and dual wall SaniTite HP.

A prefabricated manhole adapter with smooth exterior chart provides values for pipe size, adapter OD, ADS adapter product codes, Press Seal systems/ PSX Direct Drive, Trelleborg with Kor-N-Seal, Series I or II and Series 306.

Notes state that performance is highly dependent on installation. Manhole gasket must be uniformly seated around structure adapter. Take precautions to prevent differential settlement between the pipe and manhole.
