Grill Set Giveaway – 2022 Ohio Stormwater Conference
OFFICIAL RULES NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER FOR A CHANCE TO WIN. BY PARTICIPATING IN THE GIVEAWAY, ENTRANT AGREES TO BE BOUND BY THESE OFFICIAL RULES.

The Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. (ADS) Giveaway encourages 2022 Ohio Stormwater Conference attendees enter for a chance to win an ADS branded grill set beginning 05/11/2022 and ending 5/13/2022 at 11:59pm ET. The selection of the winner will be chosen at the sole discretion of ADS (“Sponsor”) or its designee. Inappropriate Content Obscene, provocative, or otherwise questionable content could result in disqualification.
Timing
The entry period begins at 9:00am ET on 5/11/2022 and ends at 11:59am ET on 5/13/2022 (“Entry Period”). To be entered for a chance to win the grill set, entries must be submitted by 5/13/2022 at 11:59AM ET. The Winner will be randomly selected and contacted.
Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to any U.S. citizen that is a resident of the United States (and its territories and possessions) who, as of May 11, 2022 is at least 18 years of age. All other Entrants will be disqualified. Employees and directors of Sponsor and its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, shareholders, financial sponsors, and advertising and promotion agencies, as well as their respective immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members (whether or not related) are not eligible. Only one entry per person. All Entrants are only eligible to win a prize from Sponsor one time per calendar year.
Conditions of Participation
Entering the Giveaway by posting a photo from the conference with the hashtag #ADSPIPE22 (as defined below) constitutes Entrant’s agreement to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules. Being eligible to win the Giveaway is contingent upon the fulfillment of all requirements set forth in these Official Rules. Decisions of Sponsor are final and binding in all matters related to entry and the winner’s selection process (as defined in these Official Rules). All submissions become the property of Sponsor. By entering, entrants agree to receive mailings, e-mails and/or other communications from Sponsor and/or its representatives and agents. You can opt out of receipt of such mailings, e-mails and/or other communications, except regarding this Giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Giveaway, or any aspect or part of it, for any reason whatsoever, including if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with any element of the Giveaway or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of any right, power, or privilege hereunder.
To Enter
During the Entry Period there will be one (1) ADS branded grill set awarded. Entrant can enter for a chance to win the Grand Prize of an ADS branded grill set by taking a picture from at the 2022 Ohio Stormwater Conference and publishing the photo on social media (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn) with the hashtag #ADSPIPE22. Entrant must publish a photo and hashtag in order to win.
Selection of Winner
Winner will be chosen at random by Sponsor from all eligible entries. Winner chosen by Sponsor are final pending confirmation of eligibility in accordance with these Official Rules. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries. Winner selection and announcement will take place May 13, 2022. One winner will receive an ADS branded grill set.
Winner must post a photo on social media and use event hashtag to be entered into the random drawing in order to be chosen. Winning prizes are non-negotiable and non-transferable. Winner will be notified via social media direct message by Sponsor, along with instructions on how winner may claim the prize. If Sponsor does not receive a response from a winner within 2 hours of notification, Sponsor reserves the right to choose an alternate winner or terminate prize. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of an equal or greater value. Expenses not specifically included in prize description, all taxes (whether local, state or federal) associated with the prize, and any costs, fees or additional materials associated with the use and/or installation of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Limitations of Liability and Release
By entering the Giveaway, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its parent, affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agencies (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out or in connection with the Entrant’s participation in the Giveaway. Entrants further agree that in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the costs of entering and participating in the Giveaway and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorney’s fees. Entrants waive the right to claim any other additional damages whatsoever, including but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct or indirect damages. Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, personal personas or recorded video materials and are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or Entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to Entrant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation as an Entrant. By entering the Giveaway, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all liability for injuries, death or losses or damages to persons or property AS WELL AS CLAIMS/ACTIONS BASED ON COPYRIGHT OR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY INFRINGEMENT, MISAPPROPRIATION, PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION AND/OR INVASION OF PRIVACY. Use of Data Sponsor may collect personal data about Entrants. By entering the Giveaway, Entrants acknowledge and agree to Sponsor’s collection and usage of their personal information.
