Smoothwall pipe is manufactured from a white high density polyethylene (HDPE) layer around a black polyethylene core to form a lightweight pipe with excellent beam stiffness. Smoothwall pipe is stiff in the longitudinal direction so it can be laid straight and true to line and grade.

Applications include waste management absorption fields, golf course drainage, downspouts, sidewalk culverts, irrigation ditch enclosures, basement/foundation drainage, temporary plumbing, terrace risers and waterway terracing.

Features clarify pipe is available in 10’ (3 m) lengths, diameters are 3” and 4” with 3 different hole patterns, constructed with bell-and-spigot end for soil tight joints, unaffected by sun heat or radiation exposure, immune to freeze/thaw conditions.
