1201T Nonwoven Geosynthetic Specification

This document is the Geo Spec 1201T. It explains the nonwoven geotextile specifications with filter fabric properties and packaging tables.

This specification describes ADS 1201T nonwoven geotextile Filter Fabric Requirements. ADS 1201T is a needle-punched nonwoven geotextile made of 100% polypropylene staple fibers, which are formed into a random network for dimensional stability. ADS 1201T resists ultraviolet deterioration, rotting, biological degradation, naturally encountered basics and acids. Polypropylene is stable within a pH range of 2 to 13.

The filter fabric properties table explains property, test method, units and M.A.R.V. of grab tensile, grab elongation, trapezoid tear strength, CBR puncture resistance, permittivity, water flow, AOS, melting point and UV resistance.

The packaging table lists the values for roll dimensions, roll square yard and estimated roll weight.
