The cross section of the MC-4500 Inspection port shows 18” minimum width, the concrete collar, pavement, concrete slab, 12” nyloplast inline drain body with solid hinged cover, 6” SDR 35 pipe and the 6” inserta TEE which is to be centered in valley of corrugations. The MC-4500 chamber is positioned underneath.
