In Agriculture, You'll Find Meaning That Always Outweighs the Work

Working in agriculture is one of the most rewarding careers a person can choose – but it's not for the faint of heart. It takes a unique mindset to succeed in an industry filled with physical challenges and emotional setbacks. Yet, these hardworking individuals continually embrace every challenge to succeed as an entrepreneur in agriculture, and specifically water management.

At ADS, we are only as strong as our customers. I have always been impressed by these individuals' resilience and grit. The daily sacrifices our customers make can change the lives of the farm families we serve by:

• Improving yields
• Increasing farmable acres
• And creating sustainable practices for the future of farm families

We knew this was a story worth celebrating, so we created the #WorthTheWork campaign to feature the unseen side of agriculture and give a glimpse into the relatable setbacks on a jobsite. This unique approach honors our customers’ commitment to the farm families they serve: When nothing goes as planned, finding the right solution is always worth the work.

I am pleased to introduce our new anthem video dedicated to the drainage contractors, distributors, and farmers partnering with ADS. This is not a moment; it's a mindset we will carry through the years to shed light on the innovative work happening to create more solutions, sustainability, and safety in agriculture.
